This is a project to implement a number of useful java libraries which can be used to write Java based grid programs. These libraries are used in some of our other grid applications, and are provided here in case they are useful for other people.

Proxy Light

commons-vfs-grid

Commons VFS Grid is a 3rd party plugin for  Apache Commons Virtual File System to support GridFTP servers. Commons VFS is a single API for accessing a variety of different file systems. This plug-in when placed in the class path along with VFS will enable support for browsing, downloading and uploading files to a remote GridFTP server.

A complete rewrite of commons-vfs-grid, this is still in development.

MDS Query library

A library which is able to query a MDS4 server. This library caches the entire server, and performs queries locally. Queries are written in XQuery instead of XPath.
